Future Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ students - select the dual admission program in the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ admission application.

Program Requirements

To gain full admission to Texas Tech, students:

• Must apply to the Highlander to Red Raider program and enroll at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­.
• Are encouraged to complete their associate degree at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­.
• Must meet Texas Tech’s transfer admission requirements at time of transfer.

Program Benefits

• Conditional admission to Texas Tech.
• Pre-transfer advising from Texas Tech to ensure a smooth transition.
• Guaranteed admission* to specific degree program when students meet the requirements for admission to the degree program (e.g., minimum GPA).
• All-expense paid bus trip** to Texas Tech from Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­, including:
  • Customized tour of the Texas Tech campus.
  • Meetings with faculty and staff of the chosen academic program.
  • Pre-transfer advising through Undergraduate Admissions.

*Students removed from the program for academic or disciplinary reasons are no longer guaranteed admission to Texas Tech.
**Bus trips will take place once per fall and spring semester.
