We understand that adult learners are facing a unique set of challenges and our program is designed to create opportunities that will help adult students feel a sense of belonging, enrich your learning experience, and accomplish your goals, both in and out of the classroom.

Become a Part of RISE 
Are you a student interested in the RISE program?
To participate:
- You must be a current part-time or full- time Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» student.
- You must be at least 25 years of age.
As part of the program, you would:
- Meet with a mentor one-on-one each month
- Meet with your Pod Circle each month
- Gain access to dedicated success coach services
- Get exclusive access to guest speakers
- Access to workshops essential to your success.
Are you Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» faculty or staff interested in mentoring?
To participate:
- Must hold a bachelor's degree
- Must be approved by their supervisor to participate (staff only)
* All time with mentees during work hours (made up or not) must be pre-approved by the supervisor.
As part of the program, you would:
- Meet one-on-one with 2-6 mentees each month
- Help your mentees identify productive goals
- Meet with your mentee Pod Circle each month
- Help make mentees aware of campus resources.
