• Go to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ homepage at www.mclennan.edu
• Click on .
• Log in to MyÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­.

(User ID) or username:

The first initial of your first name, the first initial of your last name, and your seven-digit Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ID number (lower case)
Example: Jane Doe (Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ID 0128043) would be jd 0128043

(PIN) or password:

If you are logging into MyÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ for the first time, use the first initial of your first name and the first initial of your last name and your six-digit date of birth (without dashes, slashes, or spaces). Please note that you will be required to change your password.
Example: January 25, 1978 would be jd 01 25 78

• Click on the Employees link.
• Click on Earnings Statements
• From here, you may choose to view a pay advice from the current year or choose a different year.
• Click on the pay date to open the pay advice.
• You may print the advice from your internet browser window.
