New Student Email


Your official Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ email account is provided through Google. All students, staff, and faculty will use their official college email addresses when conducting college business as per Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­'s Official Email Communication Policy

Your email account is created after you apply to Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ and is accessible within 24 hours or by the next business day.

Click Student Email right below the image on the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ home page.

The login process will activate and log them into their new email.

Your login information will be your email address: the first initials of your first name and last name, your 7-digit Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ID number followed by @students.mclennan.edu. You will use the password you created for MyÂé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­, or click this link to reset your password so you may access Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Student Email.

  • (USER ID) or username:
  • The first initial of your first name, the first initial of your last name, and your seven-digit Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ID number (lower case)
  • Example: Jane Doe (Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ID 0128043 ) would be j d 0128043

Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ student email accounts are active up to 24-months after your last Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ class. After the 24-month period, the Google account, and all information in the account, will be purged/removed.
